At the conclusion of this activity, the learner: :

- will be equipped with evidence-based knowledge and practical strategies, supporting more coordinated, patient-centered care.
- will be able to practice within an inter-disciplinary team utilizing evidence-based practice and advanced knowledge to improve outcomes and provide patient centered care for individuals diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease.
