LEARNING OUTCOME

After participating in this educational activity, learners will be able to describe the purpose, structure, and evidence base of standardized clinical decision support tools (CDSTs) used in telephone triage, including how validated protocols support consistent decision‑making and appropriate documentation practices with 85% usage individually of the tool.
